Choose Your RPG is a web-based multiplayer role-playing game. Game progress, characters, and items are stored on our servers. We do not guarantee the availability or permanence of game data and are not responsible for loss of progress due to server issues, bugs, or account termination.
Team Spaceship Simulator is a cooperative web-based game requiring teamwork. In-game communication should be respectful and appropriate. We reserve the right to moderate chat and remove offensive content.
Our mobile games (Cosmic Mind Mastery, Word Quest Puzzle Challenge, Epic RPG Quest) are available for download through third-party app stores. Additional terms from those platforms may apply.

Either party may pursue a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Additionally, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet service failures.
